OKAY! This might be a problem. I am in Arizona area and there is an outbreak of Newcastle in Coconino County(I am in Pima, Vail). Is she has mucus and purple comb and maybe eyes puffy or infected it will be Newcastle's. There is almost no cure of New Castles that I am aware of. If it is New Castles then you have to cull the bird and probably the entire flock. Hopefully its not

Ok I just went out to her pen and she drank and ate so .... and she acts a little bit less lethargic..... but her comb still doesn’t look right....

Can you feel her crop first thing in the morning to see if it's empty (before eating/drinking)?
You're not sure when she last laid an egg - gather her up, feel her abdomen ( cup your hand below the vent between the legs) is the a feeling of fullness, swelling or fluid?
Is her vent really dirty - can you clean her up and feel inside for an egg?

Mmmm ok we’ll see if I can remember to get to her first in the morning... and no her vent is not dirty....
