Now she is eating aggressively and acting much better..glad but confused..it is very cold outside do you think the cold was getting the best of her?

No don't give ACV for sour crop. Do you think it was egg that came out of her? If she was egg bound initially, that can slow down the crop.

No to ACV for sour crop,can cause more of a problem.

Yes,it is possible that the cold is causing some stress to her. Keep her inside for a couple of days to monitor her for any unusual issues. Make sure she eats/drinks and is pooping normal,egg laying would also rule out any binding issues. If she is inside,make sure she has access to grit.

Will oyster shells be okay? She is a silkie so I have been giving the oyster shells only is this enough?

I think it could have been never had one get egg bound..

If she was and the egg broke, it most likely would resolve her crop issue. Hopefully she is on the mend. She needs grit too. Does the crop seem to be going down.

Not yet it isn't but I will keep a watch on it. What kind of grit can I get for silkies at Tractor Supply?

They should have poultry grit,i purchase mine in a bag labeled for chickens and turkeys 3/16" is the actual size,i give this to my silkies also.

I keep grit in a container,my birds just eat whenever they need it,but if she has not been eating grit it might be a good idea to put some in her feed.
