There is a wasp nest in the coop. Could a wasp sting kill a chicken?

I did not notice any stings. Though it could have gotten up under the feathers.

If the chickens mess with the wasps they could get hurt by all the wasps stinging them. If the wasps sting in the right spot it can kill the chickens ,so what I would do is try to get all of the chickens into the run and wash out the wasps nest with a garden hose.
