Sick or allergic?

My cockerel is about 8 weeks old. He has had this issue now for a few weeks. He is constantly sneezing and clear boogers form bubbles when he sneezes. He has quite an appetite and plenty of energy. Which is why I havent know how to treat his sneezing. Can they also suffer from allergies?

Does his face have a rotten odor coming from his face? If so, I would suspect infectious coryza. If no smell, I would suspect MG (micoplasma gallisepticum).
