What is in the "cocci pill"? If it's not amprolium, it could be a wormer which wouldn't work on coccidia since they are protozoa and not worms.

9 times out of ten you won't ever see worms in poop until you give them the proper medicine to kill them off or until there are just so many worms there literally is no room left inside the chicken for them to stay.
