I have a question. A few of my girls are stressed, possibly sick. It is 87 outside at 10pm. Tomorrow is another 100 day. I let the girls out and they hang out in the shade trees or flower beds. I change their water every few hours they have plenty around to choose from. I have noticed they are shaking their feathers during the day,and tonight some are fluffed some are raising their wings. I have a air mover in the coop the roost is L shaped 8x10 for 11 birds. And some of them have runny stools. Ideas?

Fluffy and raising wings is a normal cooling tactic. I am not sure about the runny stool, but if they are drinking more I would expect runnier poo.

Thank you !! I knew raised wings were normal but fluffing up kinda threw me off. Poor girls are too scared to use a pool and they don't like moving air the humidity is in the 70's its rough. Hopefully the poo is from the frozen fruit and veggies. They are getting too much I think.
