Oh I will. I just called AGAIN. I used another number. I talked to someone in the lab. She said that the "doctor" will have to call me back to discuss the results. She said that she was going to email him so that he can call me back. :/

FINALLY received the faxed report....................BUT............

I could not understand the VERY POORLY faxed COPY that was faxed, in addition to the VERY POORLY written results (handwriting was illegible). You know after you have made a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy for the 5,000th time? It's time to print out an original form and begin making new copies.

So, I had to call them AGAIN to tell them about the poorly copied document that was faxed to me. I asked if I could speak with someone who could tell me the results over the phone. Well, no one was available. The guy that answered the phone did say that he was going to type the results and send to me.

Terri, if you were to pick up the report on Wednesday, you would NOT be able to read it. That's how bad the copy of the copy of the copy of the copy is.

This is unbelievable.

As soon as I get a report that I can understand, I will report back.

I can see the frustration and find it with human doctors as well. I found out I have a pituitary tumor on My Charts on the internet. The so called doctor specialist never could find enough time to even return my call. Maybe because he miss diagnosed my condition in the first place. I had to spend more money and make an appointment with my family doctor to get some answers. I felt like not paying the bill, but would only hurt my credit in the long run.

EXACTLY!!! If I had an outbreak, I would be out of luck in trying to do what I need to do to stop the outbreak or get animals in for treatment and/or testing because I am not getting any help. This really scares me. I hope that everyone PLEASE stocks your PEA meds quick and in a hurry and read and study and read and study some more on any and all PEA illnesses, sicknesses, etc. We have to be armed and ready.
