I have a 4 month old polish pullet, that I noticed yesterday that she would keep her head on the ground and was acting kinda lethargic- not really moving,eating/drinking. She’s not really acting like her usual self-(spunky, runs around with her sisters at times). I’m a bit concerned that it’s wry neck. If it’s is how would I go about treating her? I saw her once like bobbing her head up and down and in the last photo she keeps laying down and acting like she’s dead

I read this hoping that someone would have replied. I am dealing with basically the same thing in my polish also. Same age. What did you end up doing? I hope she’s ok

The OP didn't come back on since they posted this, but hopefully they found help.

Treatment for wry neck is a whole Vitamin E gel pill around 400 IU, and a little bit of scrambled eggs for the selenium it needs to absorb. B-Complex can also help. A smaller breed bird could have a quarter of a human's B-complex pill.
