sick silkie

Hello i recently bought 4 white silkies and one of the smaller hens i noticed has a wet head also her back is like this to i tried washing her and it has not worked is this a sign something is wrong

don't know if anyone has said that yet so I will. I hope to get Silkies in the spring, but have never heard of this problem if it is one. But I have a good friend on BYC who breeds and shows silkies, if you PMed her I am sure she would be able to help you.. Good Luck
