Sick swollen chick?!

A chick can poop and still be constipated. If it has a swollen vent (that thing below the tail where the poop comes out) chances are it's from straining to poop. If the chick is chirping loudly when it poops, it's definitely constipated. Give it oil as @DobieLover suggested.

She hasn’t chirp or made peeps of pain while pooping so far. Her vent isn’t swollen just her whole rear end
