I think the Bcomplex would be good to try even at 5 months he could need some extra niacin and the B complex seems to really help.

No. He seems to be holding it up well. The first day it started we were concerned but not now.

Just as long as he gets some B1 (thiamine,) E, and usually a bit of egg or sunflower seed is fine for selenium. Not too much selenium is needed, and too much is bad. Is his neck still contorted?

No, his neck is not still contorted. He just seems to be severely out of balance but strong.
