I had looked at the thread relating to that rooster; it's a puzzler, to be sure.

I looked up the Malay chicken. Very large breed with muscular long legs. Maybe a growth issue like growing to fast?

That one is a puzzler. Usually when my birds had weakness, particularly in the legs, it was a vitamin B deficiency. Just not sure on this one.
