Sight Sexing Barred Plymouth Rock Chicks at Hatch

Any guesses on this little guy? Two pics are current at 4 weeks and the other pic is when it was about a day old. I’m not sure on the breed because it came from a friends barnyard mix but I’m guessing Barred Rock. I feel like the head spot looks like a hen but the legs look more like a roo. Thanks!

It is always a guess. I hate to get too attached to this chick and have to get rid of it. It must be a roo I have never seen a more lovable chick. SMH
Yh i had 2 barred rock chicks mine is a roo he was super friendly still is. The other chick didnt want to be held i put the both down only Chirp boy ran to me. I sold the other one

I always seem to fall in love with the boys aha but idk what yours is maybe in another week or 2

It is quite the favorite of the brooder. I have 11 other chicks cuter, fluffier but this one begs to come out and charm the grandkids.
