He looks pretty good, back is nice and short, hard feathers in the tail are more common in males but less is desireable. How do his feet look? Is he well feathered with a nicely feathered middle toe? Also does he have 5 toes on each foot and no extra nails/missing nails?

Boots ??? You all don't need boots ! Just put the birds you intend to show up in coops with kitty litter on the floor. Screen it every day, and clean feet. You will have show ready birds with few or no stains. Boots? Bah Humbug.

My problem is my house chicken can't walk well on my floor. But I disagree with using Neopreen. Cloth with grippers would be better and washable.
Your "house chicken" is first, and foremost, a CHICKEN! Let the poor thing be a chicken.Chickens are not dolls, or toys. They are living, feeling creatures who don't deserve to be treated as anything else.Fix the floor, and leave the bird alone if you insist on keeping it in the house away from it's kind.
Thanks! I just need something to go by and I will sew them...mainly need them to use when I coop the chickens the night before the show. Show morning is so chaotic with so many people running around doing last minute checks...I don't want to have to clean poopy feathered feet especially the light colored ones that may stain. I will use cloth which will be breathable and maybe a canvas bottom. I agree the neoprene would not be a good choice unless it is just for a very short time.
She is not treated as a doll or a toy, she is treated as part of the family. Your way of keeping is your way and I respect it. But I am looking for a solution to the way I chose to keep one of my birds. As you can see from the picture above, she is perfectly happy being spoiled.
