Silkie chick-crop issue??

I honestly am having a hard time determining if this is her crop or a huge mass. I was away for a few days and noticed this when I checked on them. The lady I had taking care of them didn't notice but she really just fed and watered them and collected eggs from my older ones. Can I help her??

Side noting that she is acting normal. But this is not her normal crop at all. It looks super extended
