Yeah, looks like it maybe Mycoplasma Galliseptum.

Here are some photos. It's stool is completely normal. Still refuses to eat. I don't think it'll make it

It's last moments were very traumatic, even for me. Coming from someone who saw a chicken taking its last breaths while being attacked by its flockmates
