Silkie cross sex?

So I have this silkie cross that has me completely stumped. It is almost 5 months old (hatched in June). I have been think it is a pullet, but it has crowed. It’s been kind of separated from my flock cause it’s been battleing wry neck for a few months now. I don’t see any streamers in its head puff, it’s waddles are small, and it really looks female to me. Just wondering what you all might think.

I would have to say it is most likely a cross between a silkie and something else but all my silkies have black mulberry combs

He is a very cute little cockerel!
Note the large comb and waddles. Crowing is a dead giveaway.

It will just depend what you are aloud to have in your area

It’s a cockerel. Looks to be at least a second generation Silkie cross crossed back to Silkie.
