What age do they show streamers if it's a roo ???

It actually took us a while to figure that out until our roo was a few months old (four or five I believe.) Give it some time for the feathers to grow out, I would say eight to twelve weeks (or go by month) and see if there are unusual streams of feathers around it's neck.
