Silkie roo acting like a hen

I have a silkie roo (11 months old) living with 6 hens (silkie and Serama) and one Serama roo. (I DNA tested them when they were younger so I know he’s a roo.) He has never crowed, he spends hours every day sitting on the eggs, and I saw him squatting and being mounted by the Serama roo today too. I’m not quite sure what to make of his behavior..thoughts?

No he’s a rooster. The dna test are very accurate. And he has the thick legs, etc. he doesn’t lay eggs but he’s the one who sits on them.. so weird!

Just wanted to make sure, cause of the angle I can't really see any male feathers (also looks to be a showgirl/naked neck so that doesn't help haha) so I just wanted to be double sure : D

If you can post some more pics of 'him' we might be able to help diagnose the problem (e.g. if it's a pullet perhaps) close up of comb / front on head and side views would be great.
..Also, often a second rooster may not crow if another more dominant rooster is around. ..And Silkies can take up to a year or so to start laying.

Im pretty sure its a hen,
1.My silkie roo started crowing at 3 months, and yours has never crowed
2.i cant see any rooster feathers
3. Its sitting on eggs
4. its been mounted by a rooster
