HELP! I need to know which of my silkies are pullets vs cockerels. First time silkie owner :) Thank you in advance!

#1 Splash or Paint? (sold to me as a white) I think this is a cockerel Much bigger than the others


#2 Partridge - Pretty sure this is a pullet (fingers crossed)


#3 White - Stuck on this one. I see signs of both genders
 
At about what age do silkies tend to start crowing/ Laying? I got 4 straight run that the forum said were all roos but no crowing yet. All the other breeds (same age) have been sorted out weeks ago.

Mine started at 16, 17 & 18 weeks if I remember correctly. And I've been told they don't start laying till around 6 months

They both look black on my screen! Can't tell very well with these pictures. They both look like they have small combs so I would be leaning towards pullets at this stage. However some silkies are later bloomers than others. One of them has a single comb, this is not desirable in this breed.
