Silkie Suddenly Not Walking

I need some advice...I’ve got an 8-month old (36 weeks tomorrow) blue silkie bantam hen (not sure if she’s laid her first egg yet) that this morning (6:30 CT) she came down the ramp with the others (11 bantams, 2 roosters and 9 other hens) to eat breakfast and all of a sudden she started squawking really loudly like a short horn over and over again. I gently picked her up (she’s used to it) and gently petted her back to calm her but it didn’t work for a couple minutes (maybe 5) when she did finally calm down. We brought her in because we could tell she had a problem. We’ve put her in a box for now and have given her food and water, which she’s ate and drank fairly well. We’ve also given her water with electrolytes & probiotics which she’s also drank. She can’t stand and from what I can tell she can’t move her right leg. I’ve very gently felt of it and I don’t feel any breaks or wounds. I gently felt of her egg sack/pouch/creator thing and haven’t felt anything there, it’s warm (because she’s been laying since she can’t stand) but not really what you’d call swollen (maybe a little, maybe). I’m not sure what else to do for her or what may be wrong since she just suddenly did this. She’s been fine every other day. All the rest of the flock seem fine too. I didn’t see anything wrong with her when she started squawking either. When we set her in the box (after cleaning the poop) she vibrates on her right side and then pushes with her left to kind of rest on her right side in her box (we’re getting a crate put together for tonight so she’ll have more room).
I’ve included 2 pictures, the one in the box is from this morning and the other is this afternoon.
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

What I did to treat is in the first couple of pages of my thread. The rest of the thread is frequent updates on how effective the treatment has been.

I've been treating my pullet that still has lameness with vitamin E, selenium, B1, B-6, aspirin, and other B-vitamins in a complex. Initially, I treated aggressively with antibiotics. The first pullet that had the symptoms was treated as if it were an injury and she died. Of the other two, one recovered completely in a few weeks, and the last one is making steady progress.

I do not know what this is. It may be a form of Marek's, although I doubt it. It does seems to be some form of myelin stripping of the nerves. If your pullet has this same disorder, you may see her get much worse and then begin to recover. But at the very least, I suggest you treat her with the B-1 and B-6. It can be quite painful in the early stages. Chewable 81 grain aspirin helps.

Thanks for the insight! We’ve made her comfortable for the night because we aren’t able to get the vitamins and such until tomorrow, we hope. The electrolyte stuff we’ve given her has the vitamin E but not the others. Hopefully she’s still with us tomorrow so we can start getting some meds/vitamins in her.

UPDATE:


She panted a lot last night from pain and some this morning but today she seems to be doing a lot better. I just got home from work and due to some family stuff we will get her meds this afternoon, but she’s able to stand while leaning against my hand and she can move her right leg, she just can’t stand on it yet. She hasn’t panted at all since I’ve been home and she’s still eating and drinking just fine. I gently felt again to make sure there’s no egg going on and there’s no swelling there and no egg. She’s eating and drinking and pooping all good and fine. I really think it may be a leg injury of some sort that just needs some time to heal. We’re still giving her the electrolyte mix and probiotics to keep her going and we’ll get the other meds later but so far it looks pretty good I think.
