I have 36 in the bator right now!!!! Day 12 for me
I see only about 14 have veins the rest are clear

Congratulations!!! Be sure to post photo's, when they hatch, so the rest of us can get our 'baby chick' fill. LOL!

SadieSue and I are probably going down to Karen's place for a little visit! Never know what we will come home with!

I don't really look at beaks til 8 - 9 weeks because they change shape. That chick sure has some fluff!

That's why I wanted to see if it can be done any earlier So lets just assume this is a boy right now. We'll see if the beak looks more feminine at that age.

This one is very nosey. My girls aren't usually this friendly at this age.

I loove the name Lola but my friend just went and named her chick Lola. Can't have two Lola's, darn it..

E.R chicken, or I.R. Chicken? that is a cartoon character from the show "cow and chicken"

I don't know if the kid meant E.R. or I.R. I suppose it could be either one coming out of a 3 year olds mouth. lol I had no idea there was a cartoon character named I.R. Chicken. Then again, E.R. Chicken sounds pretty funny too.

Good, post us pictures when they hatch! I ended up with 9 chicks out of 18 eggs I ordered from Catdance. The hens destroyed a couple..they were too eager to sit on the eggs, but I'm happy with 9 chicks.
