I wouldn't give it whole. Can you crush it and give 1/4 dissolved in water , draw up into a syringe( no needle ) and drip it in to her beak. Or sprinkle on to some scrambled egg.

I have EE chicks hatching today..... I spent the day out of the house because I know I would have that bator lid open constantly if I'd been home!

I would Give it morning and night. And then back it off to once a day . Try to source the cream, you will find it useful around the home. Good luck with your babies.

Hi all, I was wondering if you might help me sex my silkies. They are twelve weeks old so I'm hoping they're old enough to tell. None of them have any wattle development yet, so perhaps I have four pullets. There is one blue I'm iffy on. Any help is appreciated!

It never gets old that's for sure! I just helped on out a bit because it zipped longwise across the shell..... Oh well at least the fluffy butt's doing great!

YES! this happened to me last hatch. and that is what the one a few days ago was starting to do. and this one now, I can't tell what it is doing. it just keeps making the original hole bigger and not zipping.... well, I'll keep you posted anyways!

And he's LIVELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! somehow the membrane was very tough, so he had to zip all the way around and then some! and he came out and started to stand right away
