A question:

Has anyone been down to one silkie before and given it a mirror? I've posted about mine recently and she is doing great right now but she is alone until she gets a clean bill of health. She was clucking around the other day and my boyfriend put a mirror in her cage to look at and it seems to entertain her and has minimized what I can only think of as, "Hey, I'm alone in here and don't want to be" noises.

Just wondering.

Mirrors are great for a bird by itself. I have a little parrot style one that has a screw back on it I've used. Good thinking for your bf!
