Yeah, that's perfectly fine. The other one just has a vaulted skull.

I asked him and he said''Well there your birds I'm not sure what there worth" and I'm not sure if he does have other chickens but he just said he has bobwhite quail laying eggs and he wants a hen to sit on them for him and she was bred and hatched in the pen by my white silkie and a buff silkie rooster. But I do have her brother I've been trying to sell for a while and I could ask him if he wants the rooster and her for about $10-$15?
I would ask what kind of living conditions they will have. I wouldn't want my babies to be caged all the time. If he is raising quail the probability is that he has had chickens for years.
So my broody 2 have a few eggs each.
My blue girl Ashes, may have been knocked in the vault too many times, because she kept leaving the nest to sit in the same corner of the coop on nothing but straw that she has been trying to brood in for a week. So, I moved the nesting box with the her eggs in it to the corner and now she is happy as a clam, albeit, slightly slow in the head.
Snow, the other girl insists on sitting in the built in nesting boxes located at the other end of the coop, which I have decided would be too cold for brooding so I gave her a portable nest box of her own. She left her eggs for the built in twice today, so they got blocked off and she has stayed in her portable with her eggs since. OMG they are picky little stinkers. As of lock down tonight, Snow was in her second best chosen area, and Ashes was in her corner with her eggs. Ashes usually chooses under the ramp outside of the coop to lay her eggs and brood, so I suppose I should be happy she at least chose a location inside this time. Hopefully they stay put, and don't let their eggs freeze in a moment of fend shui compulsion. It is supposed to be 17 degrees here tomorrow so they better not move.... unless its to poop or eat. If Ashes flakes out, Snow gets her eggs. Snow hatched 9 of my last hatch so I know she is capable, although on her terms apparently.
Turds.......
