Fancychooklady your birds are so beautiful... wish you lived closer so I could buy some from you! The Red Partridges hardly seem to exist in the US... I'm tempted to get some Red Bantam Cochins and try making them from scratch!

Two of my Silkie chicks don't seem to have much feathering on their legs at all. Is it possible that they will develop more feathering as they grow?

Unfortunately, no. They're pretty much born with all they'll have.
