I have always wanted silkies and I am very new to the whole chicken thing so I have a few questions for you silkie fans!
First off I have a flock currently and wanted to know if the silkies can be in the same coop with them or would they require a separate area. My chickens spend most of the day free ranging and before its dark I shut the door to the coop.
Can they free range together?
Is there major differences between silkies and other breeds of chicken besides looks? (feed, care, health)?
