They look pretty good to me from those pictures but its sort of hard for me to see. I like the male's stance, but don't like those standing up feathers in his tail. They should curl downward not stand up - are they stiff? His wings are carried too low, but that is a common problem in the males. I can't tell the female's wing set - it look correct but it is hard to see. The female's crest looks nice, does her tail come up further to balance it? I would say they probably are a good Breeding pair if they don't have any disqualifications.
I think we would need clearer pictures, close up of the head (on the male), side shots of the girl and front/back shots of both too. Are they beardless? Also, how old are they?
