This is my silkie SLW mix, she has turned into a beautiful hen. She is really mellow and friendly like the silkies.

Thank you, she was so tiny when she hatched we named her little bit. She was the only egg to hatch my first incubator venture. I purchased other chicks to keep her company but she liked hanging with me or being by herself. She wasn't a planned mix but a welcomed surprise. She likes to pose for her pic

I need some help determining whether this little chick is a male or a female. the waddles on this one are much longer than my white sillkie, although they both act no different, and this little Buff chick is surprisingly not very vocal. But I'm just a beginner, so I cant be sure. Could anyone help me? Here are some pictures of her/him/it/grah-this-is-so-frustrating.

99.9% rooster. Sorry, that's always horrid to hear. Those wattles are quite big, crest is super slicked back, comb is large. Larger than my 3 month old silke roo
