I've had a bantam hatch 14 eggs . Same hen hatched 10 LF eggs.

It's amazing what they can do when the broody mindset gets a hold of them...

I have some hens that seem to have streamers.

Really? Because I have one that I think is a boy because of the streamers and none of the other boys try to mate him. But he doesn't crow and doesn't have a prominent comb. So I'm totally confused. But there are clear streamers.

i don't think so, I had a hen or two with very small ones.

Do you have pictures? Streamers equals male. Im sure some hens can have an odd longer feather in the crest, but males have streamers.
