WOW! I have so much to catch up on after being gone for a week!!!

In the meantime...I have this roo that was hatched out in mid-May who has some serious silver leakage in his hackles. Just a very slight peppering everywhere else. I was thinking, just for fun, to put him in with my black showgirl hen and a blue silkie hen to see what I would get (mini project pen?). Any ideas? I also have a partridge pen...would he be of any value in there? Tough to tell his quality since this pic was taken when he was coming down from a crow and his head feathers are a bit matted from mist...of course, if it is better to just sell him as pet quality I definitely will. Although I kinda like his color

partridge change drastically and keep changing as they mature. A roo can take up to a year to mature in body and color, but usually its minimal after 6-7 months old.
pullets usually don't change much after 4-5 months old color wise
Is it about the same for other breeds with the partridge colouring? I've been asking about my partridge cochin male, and no one has given me a straight answer.

Thanks! My oldest boy is just under 4 months old, so lots of time for him to develop I guess :)

Titus is just gorgeous!

Question.
And I need an answer, please.

I just bathed my two pullets and one had a bit of a bump on her comb. It is deep mulberry/gray color and not near the size of the cockerels but a bump nonetheless. Everything else about her screams girl. She's about 5 months old.

Do pullets have little bumped out combs too? Or might this be a roo posing as a pullet???

Help please, I am taking her to an adopter today, who is expecting a girl!

Thank you!

Girls have combs too. I am not sure what you mean by bump - but at 5 months, I am usually pretty certain with my own. My boys have definite streamers by then.
