Don't worry about the humidity until day 18, and then make sure it is at least 65%, and if you can - higher is better.I am going to receive my eggs pretty soon and I was planning on doing the dry incubation method in a hova bator 1588. My friend told me what to do but I am still confused about it. For example she told me to start at day 1 at 40% humidity and let it drop down to 20%. Once it reaches 20, add more water and try to keep it at 40%. On day 18 add water to 45%. Does that sound ok? I am so scared to mess up and worried I don't add enough water. What happen if the humidity fluctuate too much? Thanks
Where is the ventilation though?

the out doors is the ventilation point this hut is keep them warm with out heat in the winterWhere is the ventilation though?
That doesn't really make sense. They need vents in the coop. They produce the moisture at night and without ventilation, they will get very ill.the out doors is the ventilation point this hut is keep them warm with out heat in the winter
