sikie is abbey/Absalom
silkies frizzles are Mockingjay and Seth/Stephine
my Cream Leg bars(blue eggs) are Lilith and Eve(Adams wives)
So I have decided that all the chicks will have related names to make it easy to follow their line.

my grandson fears his dad is going to cook all my chickens ..I have told him we will only let dad cook any Roosters that are born..and any hen that gets mean and pecks him

Wow! That is a great hatch rate, epecially considering how far your eggs traveled. I'm so sorry about the egg that fell out of the nest. I know that made you sick :( I ordered white, black, and blue/splash. After seeing your pics I wish that I'd gotten some porcelain and lavender. I have 24 eggs on day 3. I have been lurking this site since the spring. I started hatching as a hobby for my son. I have been admiring the pics of chicks that were hatched from kelar's eggs, but I was afraid to take the plunge since I live in VA. Your post made me so happy that I took the chance. Keep us updated with pics of your beautiful babies!
