Hi, I managed to find this silkie thread and I just got two 4 month old silkies to add to my flock, giving me a total of 28 chickens total. The lady who sold me my two silkie girls mentioned that "I'm sorry they are a bit messy... They were in the milk and love it."
I don't know EVERYTHING about chickens but I didn't think that you were supposed to give chickens milk?
There feathers/fur on there head are all crusty even after a bath and one of them is missing a couple nails on her feet.
Any Advice?

I know someone who feeds their chickens goats milk. They were VERY healthyWell cheese and yogurt is good for them so I wouldn't doubt they loved it lol. Don't know much about a missing nail though.
