Aww!! Yay so glad I went with my gut!

Last year I sold fours silkies to a family and tried to help them pick ones I thought were females at day old and wanted to keep myself. Four out of four ended up pullets!

I was so proud. LOL

That said they are super hard. And I'm familiar with my line.

One thing I would really like to work on are cuckoo silkies! Potentially couldn't they be used to make sex linked silkies or color sexable silkies?

So the lab is “IQbirdtesting.com”. You register and pay online. Then You download the form, clip a toenail just enough to get a drop of blood to smear on the form and mail it off. It’s only $11.99 Per test.

You can also send the eggshell or feathers but I think the blood is best.

It took a week and a half from putting it in the mailbox to getting the results online.

Thanks! I knew the site, but I was curious how long it took.... And how you got the blood test... I might do it, but I would be able to tell by the comb by the time it came
