Silkie with broken neck? Can’t walk! Another died, now sickly chicks!?

since nobody is answering my posts , what does the heat exaustion look like in chickens, mine sounds like this but its not trying to eat
if it dosnt have this and i give it the vitamins, will it die,

Hello I have been keeping little bits of info I find here and there for just in cases . Hopefully I never need any of them . But the one thing I found is no suggestion to how much to use ? How much poly-vi-sol vitamin would you suggest for a sick chick ? How much apple cidar vinegar do you put in the water ? How much vitamin b-12 and how do you administer it ?
