I am new to Silkies, I have a few questions, my old male started to show a blue coloration on his face. Have you ever had a Silkie with a complete turquoise/Blue face?

Also they way they poop is beyod moist poop, it's like when ducks poop. But I am on the Tropics and it's aways Hot, so Silkies being so fuffly I think they drink more watter than most breeds.

Yes i had one develope the turquoise on his face. It seemed to spread from the earlobes out over time. It's a fault.

Chickens drink to cool off. Poop out the heat that way. Normal behavior

I don't have any with completely blue face but some very slightly.
I would think if it's hot they would drink alot more water and have runny poos - could you try to cool them down somehow so they will need to drink less water? I don't have very hot weather often here but some have suggested plates of cool water for them to step in or light sprinkler running to help cool them down, plenty of shade by trees and shade cloths.
I think Silkies do well in colder temps if kept dry /shelter from rain and wind available. We have down to -3 degrees Celsius and they act like it's no problem at all. In Summer here we can have up to 30 occasionally and I noticed they are panting and act extremely uncomfortable, so I added some further shade and iced water to help.

I have had chickens for the better part of 30 years.. Never had Silkies and they are the healthiest bunch I have had and they still poop like ducks... is that normal for silkies on hot weather?

It is. Even my ameraucana do it. Really watery poos all over. Many just look like water. It's a cooling method.

Mine have very watery poops, and they are drinking much more than normal. I also give them frozen watermelon, which makes it extra splattery 🤣

It was 1 degree Celsius overnight here and top of 13, they are seeking shade to be out of the warm sun ☀️ haha, don't know how you go in 30 everyday!
