Those are beardless silkies. I have some.

Standard changed somewhat in the US in the 60s or 70s to encourage the larger crest. Non-bearded have smaller crests than bearded if you don't want the large crest

Got a few last night myself.. Plus 11 from last weekend. And I spotted one in the nest with two of my gals today.

I've got two that look like that. One is sitting on eggs, and one is a young male. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

Fella I sold these two juvies to is convinced the red pyle is a male. In spite of having no comb at all and a rounded crest..
