There's a quote I heard once, I don't remember it exactly, it was something like:

Don't cry because it's over, rejoice because it happened.

I've heard of a few nice sayings/quotes similar to that.

Of course, loosing things you love regardless of what it is, is a difficult thing. However, I literally just take each day as it comes and think that there is still other things in life making me happy.

Like me loosing one of my favourite little chicks today, yes I'm sad about it but I've still got all the others there to look after and they'll make me just as happy

And there will me many more to come because hatching is addictive...

The cockpit on a plane was named after the cockpit on a boat. It was called that because they were round pits like cock fighting rings.

Actually, there are tons of chicken related words and phrases in English.

It's really horrible loosing them but makes it more difficult when you loose more than one. Some chickens are irreplaceable!

Mr. Evil, attacked me again today, so I snagged him up, & told him that I had a bone to pick with him. I took him inside, told my dad, then we shared Mr. Evil's fait with him if continues his nasty behavior. He's getting closer to becoming a pot of Silkie chicken soup, & he better got that through his mean fluffy head.

I dont yet know, I dont have a large chicken budget and I am trying to start breeding show quality BLRW, and I want to start with the best, so i want to get some eggs from @mixedUPturk bc they are from the best line in the country, but i dont know if I have that large of a chicken budget. But I really want those eggs... Those were my only two breedable BLRW,

Sorry abour your losses im not sure mine are still good for hatching this year, everyone except one hen has gone into molt now, we last spoke two wks ago i need to pull my ads or at least write a updated post over there. This yr they started laying around march 1st. Save your money til then and we'll get u a whole Flock of em my prices arent ridiculous, really its looooow end for the Foley lines.
