Yes the leakage is there but you would have to be thinking about it to notice it. How do you prevent this in white birds.

I noticed the leakage on one of them before I knew they were dominate white. I was still in the process of learning color genetics.

I won a TSC drawing....ten babies of my choice shipped. Of course I picked mixed silkies. Now two silkies equals one full size right? So that is only five birds? And how to explain this to hubby? Wait, they are just babies so they dont count right? Doesnt matter.....I am so happy.
