Speaking of which.. little Bambina is still very tiny. She's 14 weeks this weekend, and her crop still has me worried. It looks way too big and doesn't seem to empty. I did buy the non-stimulant dulcolax, think i should give it to get still, or just let her be? She is running and flapping along all day.

I have an araucana pullet with big crop. she has been like that from the day I got her about 6 months ago. I never bothered with that.

If she doesn’t seem to be bothered by it I wouldn’t give her anything.
She might just be a smaller bird. Does her keel bone feel like she is underweight?
I’ve used the Dulcolax with birds I have had issues in the past and it does work pretty well.
You can try posting her under the emergencies thread and see if anybody thinks you should treat her.
I would recommend weighing her weekly to see if she is gaining weight.😊
I have a hunch she's just gaining weight much slower, but she's definitely growing.. but that crop literally drags. I hate to even pick her up because i don't know if I'm pushing anything up in her crop. I'll add a scale to my shopping cart so i get it with my next shopping.

She is happy though, and she's so little, it's like the others don't even see her. Its so cute to see her grab the veggies i throw in there, she runs and runs like she is playing football. In reality,no one cares about her lettuce leaf! Her trio of friends sleep surrounding her at night, its so sweet.
