Silkies - They’re simply SPECTACULAR!

The chickens have plenty of ventilation now I've finished the chicken coop side awning, 3.5 metres long. Now I need to figure out how I'll do the front for better rain protection other then the flapping tarp that keeps breaking 🤔 I may put a tin sheet over the top.
It's Winter here and we get around -1 to 2 degrees overnight with top of 12 during the day so I was worried it's too much ventilation but I hear you can never have too much!

I have a metal roof on mine.. its angled slightly to one side so the rain doesn't pool. I might add some sort of gutter with a watering return for the garden beds below.. (uh oh, just made another project).
