silver laced polish

I have a polish roo that is about 22 weeks old. I have 25 RIR same age that really like to peck his head which make it start bleeding and they wont leave him alone after that. Ive tryed pine tar and about every thing eles and notting seems to work.

Any body got any Ideal what might stop them.

I cant remove him no place to put him.

well how important is his crest to you? You could always try trimming it. The other bird doesnt see the polish as normal, so it will peck its head...

never thought of that he was the chick form MM i dont know why they send chicks like that for with RIR

they just need them gone. I love my polish. its strange that yours were raised together yet the RIR still pecks the polish. I have some phoenixs that i raised with polish. they are fine. maybe because they figure... long tail.... big hair, hey we are all the same LOL
