Silver Laced Wyandotte Bantams

Does anyone know of a quality breeder of silver laced wyandotte bantams?
I have looked for a long time and never found any.
Hi jpranch,
welcome-byc.gif

Come on over to the heritage large fowl thread-Phase II.
There are SLW breeders there. They probably know who
has the bantams. That thread has a specialty of finding obscure
flocks and strains.

Be looking for you. Come on over and jump right in. You can also check out the online free Exhibition Poultry magazine.

There is also Poultry Press. A physical mag with lots of show news.

Here's another way to do it when you are looking for a very rare breed. Many times the breeds are not listed high enough on the search engines to make them easy to find. So...Go to http://www.ixquick.com
1. Type the breed name in quotes in the search engine.
In this case I used "silver laced Wyandotte" bantams
and left the bantams out of the quotes. You can also put it in the quotes.
2. Click on "images" in the upper left hand corner.
3. Click "search". A page(s) of thumbnail pics will come up.
4. Chose one which interests you. Esp. if it has an address which
begins with a private persons name instead of a megabase name. The
pic will come up.
5. Click on the URL instead of "see pic original size". That will take you
to the webpage from which the pic came. That 's how I found this breeder:

Just a note, if the breeder spells colors with a "U" they are probably
either Canadian or international from the US.

This "show quality" auction is closed. Join this website and contact the breeder to see if they have more. I "think" this is American.
