silver sussex's feet are curled.

hello i am new to keeping chickens, i work at a pet shop which has just gotten into selling chickens, all the chicks we sell are female and have been vacc. first one at work got sick with curled feet and i removed her to a smaller enclosure and put a soft blanket down for her to sit on, she seems a little better but im not sure if thats just becuase she doesnt have the other chickens walking over her. anyway last night i got home and it had happened to one of my chicks (they are approx 5 weeks old) the one at work is also a silver sussex. my silkie and my belgian d uccle are fine, i feed them chickstarter and i have just started them on a vit & mineral supplement in thier water.

any advice on what could be cuasing this and how i can help her please

her poop is normal and she is eating and drinking fine, still walking around but a little on her heels and with curled toes, stumbling a bit but just gets back up and tries again, every now and then she takes a few normal step. hope someone has some ideas.
