This cake is so easy and everybody just loves it. 1 chocolate cake mix - I use Devil's Food 1 cup cream 1/2 cup sour cream 2 eggs Bea on medium speed for about 4 minutes. It will be thick. Stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Bake at 325 in a greased bundt or tube pan for about 45 minutes. There are endless options for garnish. Here are a few: lay a doilie on top of the cooled cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar then remove doilie Whip some cream with vanilla and a little sugar. When it's done, add some pre-made chocolate frosting (like Betty Crocker) and mix it in. Serve on top of cake slices with a strawberry stuck in it. Also, can use plain white whipped cream. Melt pre-made chocolate frosting and drizzle on top of cake.
