Sitting on Eggs

I have a SpitzHauben rooster and hen. The hen has started laying eggs in the chicken house that i built them. My question is how dedlicated are Spitzhauben hens to sitting on their eggs and hatching them?

I don't think they are a breed known for going broody. Just because she is laying eggs doesn't mean she has any intention of hatching any
