Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Do you pump the air out? I was thinking something like a VacuVin pump and some old wine bottles would be pretty cool, and it's all reusable.
Roasted coffee beans off gas for days after roasting so vacuum sealing will not work. Green beans do not go bad--they just age and will be good for about year. If storing longer then I freeze the green beans and then roast them and store them in the coffee tin.

Finger is now in fancy splint and does not hurt anymore. Good thing because I need to move bales of hay tonight when the kids come home from school to throw (push) it down for me. Hate to admit it but I'm afraid of heights like the big ladder up to the hay loft. The minions go up there and wrestle each bale to the edge and push it over...

Coffeeeeeeee

OUch! I broke both bones in my right Wrist in the sixth grade. You feel them snap too--and then they have to reduce it. I managed it without any pain killers. The Dr. said I had a high tolerance for pain. I do not want to break any bones or snap any ligaments or tendons... I did tear the ligament in my ankle once too and I have a broken bone in my foot. The ankle was painful but I do not remember breaking the bone in my foot. Of course I have arthritis in that foot now. The most pain ever was when I crushed my sciatic nerve--three days of terrible pain and then no pain--and then paralysis from my knee to my big toe. It has been 8 years and I can almost feel my big toe now. Like this?
:goodpost: yes, I agree, shudder. Too many broken bone stories:oops: I feel for all of you.
