Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

I'm pretty sure I would have gone crazy if I had taken classes all year around.

it depends on your goals. and how quickly you want to accomplish them. With my son he was an Astronomy major and a Math minor... He feels math is not his strong suit... but he was going with it in order to get a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy. He made it to Quantum Physics and a math class that was beyond description and should have been devided up into three semesters instead of one... He failed the class. and it took all his steam away... Even though he was getting As and Bs all along.

He had a melt down and I suggested he change his major to a Bachelors of Arts...in Astronomy. no math minor... but he was still required to take that really hard class.

so...now hes switching majors.

Oh no!!! That's awful! My sister did something similar... Switched major 3 times. Her final decision was the hardest! Lol. Well, for me, 10 years of college, I needed breaks. Lol

Just found this. Sorry; I'm not that good at the intro-web

This exactly.
I thought I wanted to get an interdisciplinary degree in visual arts, maybe math, and some kind of organizing thing.
Nope, I'm going for a just-plain-old-Psyche degree. It sounds boring-er than an interdisciplinary degree, but it's what I'm into, passionate about, and a way that I can help others. =)

TEN YEARS?!?!!?!? And you survived?????
I went for one year when I was dual enrolled in high school.
Now, I've been going mostly half-time for three years; this last year I was full-time, and then I tacked on two classes in the first term of summer, so now, I'm soooooo ready for a break!!!!!
