Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Absolutely a poop board! With a good layer of pine chips over DE. Only way to keep things nice and tidy in a smallish coop in the north where the chooks can be forced to stay inside for days at a time. I also have a vinyl covered floor with a good layer of straw/hay over another generous sprinkling of DE. Takes me maybe five to ten minutes a day this way to clean the coop. I add more chips as needed and like to do a complete change out every week or two. I generally don't change the straw in winter unless we get a good break in the weather.

I've been using DLM, but I had "planned" to add poop board this fall, just seemed like it would actually simplify cleaning and reduce ammonia and reduce straw and pine shaving expense. However life had other plans for me! It's not too late - just too doggone COLD!
Can someone come here and show me how to post pictures. Trust me, this old man

Where are you? Somewhere warm? If so I could handle that!

Head is bald, sides of face kept stubble short is gray/black, 'stache and goatee snow white - lower lip shaved with 1" strip shaved through middle of goatee creating a 'mutton chop' look. The Princess hates it - grandkids think it's 'cool'. Since our 50th anniversary is the end of Jan., I suppose I will have to shave before then.

Hey, we're taking this thing one day at a time - take nothing for granted. She has planned a 'renewal of vows' ceremony with immediate family only. My question is, "If there is an opportunity to renew vows, does the possibility of saying 'nay' exist?"

My head is also bald. I have a trimmed gray beard with a full mustache. My wife likes mine. The beard was her idea. Our 38th anniversary was yesterday. We started a little late. My mustache is 39 years old. She has seen me without a mustache but doesn't remember it. The grand children have never seen me without a beard. My wife left my razor home when we went sailing for a week on vacation over 30 years ago. It is part of my persons. If I showed up at work without it no one would know me.
